About The Position

Aqua Tots Swim Schools Holland is hiring an Aquatics Manager to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role works alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to support a positive work environment and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. The position is salaried, with pay based on experience, and requires 40–45 hours per week. The schedule includes four weekdays, with hours ranging from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and one weekend day, with a rotating shift from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday.

Requirements

Availability to work full time.
Availability to rotate a weekend shift from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday.
Ability to manage and lead a team.
Two years of swim experience.
Two years of management or leadership experience.
Ability to accommodate 40–45 hours per week: four weekdays with a schedule ranging from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and one rotating weekend day from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Ability to multitask, be extremely organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
