Ocean Lakes Family Campground is looking for a Team Leader to help run the action at our Water Park! If you’re a strong leader who loves the water, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep safety fun and professional — this might be your perfect fit.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and confidence in supervising others
• Safety-minded with lifeguard knowledge and emergency readiness
• Team player who communicates well and leads by example
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active all day

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operations of our aquatics facilities
• Supervise lifeguards and staff while building a positive, team-first culture
• Help train, coach, and schedule aquatics team members
• Conduct staff training in water safety, first aid, and CPR
• Stay rescue-ready and respond quickly to aquatic emergencies
• Perform safety inspections to ensure a clean, safe environment for guests
• Support aquatics programs, special events, and daily activities
• Assist with pool maintenance and facility upkeep
• Deliver outstanding guest service with every interaction
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude across departments
