About The Position
HealthFitness is looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructors to provide substitute, fill-in support for our Aquatics Team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Join us in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
- Must have a strong swim background.
- Proficiency in all swim strokes.
Responsibilities
- Providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
- Designing individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
