This role involves leading a team of lifeguards, swim instructors, and coaches, and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating all aquatics programming. The Aquatic Coordinator will also be involved in hiring, training, and supervising aquatics staff and volunteers, managing the department budget, maintaining records, and organizing special events. The position requires upholding YMCA Policies and Standards and being a positive role model for the community.
