About The Position

Responsible for coaching Camden County PSA swim team to prepare them for events and competitions. Maintains a variable schedule and works the required hours to meet the duties and responsibilities of this position which may include evening and weekend work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
• USA Swim Certification
• Ability to work well with others
• Familiarity with using team unify
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to teach swim lessons
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written form
• Exercises mature judgment and sound decision-making
• Self-motivation and the ability to deliver constructive criticism
• Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with parents, and students

Responsibilities

• Works with swim team during practices, events, and competitions
• Organize and plan swim meets
• Communicate with swim team parents about all matters pertaining to the swim team
• Maintain a work week of up to 29 hours
• Performs all other duties as related
