About The Position

As an Aquatic Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for guiding and supporting your colleagues to meet production goals and maintain a well-organized workflow.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma required or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience leading others and directing other’s work
  • Proven experience in an operational or production environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work 1 effectively with a team.
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Critical Thinking: Evaluates situations and determines appropriate actions.
  • Initiative: Proactively identifies and resolves issues within scope of responsibility.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrates specialized knowledge in relevant procedures.
  • Decision-Making: Makes informed choices to handle non-routine tasks effectively.
  • Collaboration: Coordinates efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Intermediate proficiency using Google platforms
  • Ability to interpret and apply procedural guidelines.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for technical or operational challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools or equipment relevant to specialization.

  • Experience in mosquito management, facilities, or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team members in effectively managing their time and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. This includes providing guidance on prioritization and workflow.
  • Distribute tasks and assignments to team members based on their skills and workload to ensure balanced and efficient operations.
  • Monitor the flow of work, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proactively suggesting adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure that all team members understand and follow established operational procedures and guidelines.
  • Observe and report on the progress and completion of assigned tasks by team members.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for the team to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for operational updates and information within the team.
  • Identify and escalate operational issues or challenges that impact team productivity.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on operational processes.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and conducive to efficient operations.
