About The Position

The core purpose of this position is to ensure that the company's clients are serviced following the highest standard of quality while maximizing efficiency and productivity while upholding the regulations for treating ponds and lakes. This role is integral to the smooth and profitable execution of work performed by Dragonfly Pond Works. Dragonfly Pond Works is a leading environmental service company specializing in stormwater management. Since 2006, Dragonfly has provided routine maintenance and repairs on stormwater devices, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities. Requirements

Aquatic Pesticide Applicator License or be able to obtain a license within 30 days of hire.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Able to swim and comfortable around water.
Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis.
Great communication skills.
Basic math skills to calculate product applications.
Mechanically inclined.

Nice To Haves

Experience in lake and pond management, pest/herbicide control or surveying is preferred.
Experience in the following disciplines are desirable: fisheries, wildlife management, conservation, ecology, biology, environmental sciences or forestry.
Occasional travel may be required.
