Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for an enthusiastic Aquatic Fitness Instructor to join the aquatic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is an on-call/substitute opportunity, perfect for instructors who enjoy flexible scheduling and helping others stay active, healthy, and engaged through aquatic exercise.
Requirements
- Aquatic Fitness Instructor certification required.
- Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
