About The Position

Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is seeking an enthusiastic Aqua Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes in Greenbelt, MD. This role offers the opportunity to share a passion for wellness in a premium community environment, inspiring residents to move, sweat, and feel their best. Classes are held at Motiva Apartments and are designed for intimate groups of 3-5+ motivated residents, fostering community and connection.

Requirements

• Experienced in leading group fitness classes
• CPR and AED certified (required)
• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance

Nice To Haves

• Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workouts
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
• Use digital tools to clock in and track attendance
• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
