About the role: As the APX OPS Talent Management and Internal Comms Manager you will manage the APX Delivery Stream talent. This includes oversight of teams responsible for the creation, development, and execution of onboarding, training and mentorship programs and the ownership of internal communication programs for the APX Delivery Stream portfolio. You will report to the APX Functional Excellence Senior Manager and be located at the Cranberry Township headquarters. The role is hybrid.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs.
  • Experience teaching adults.
  • Experience in public speaking.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding and training of both internal and external new hires into the APX Delivery Stream organization.
  • Oversee creation, development, and implementation of an APX Delivery Stream University to include professional development, skills assessment and tracking, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee the creation, development, and implementation of a formal mentorship program for the APX Delivery Stream organization.
  • Manage the internal communications program for the APX Delivery Stream organization including Town Halls, weekly newsletters, office display information, and personnel recognition.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, on program status, challenges, and achievements.
  • Serve as primary contact for talent management and communications for the APX Delivery Stream organization.
  • Support development of Delivery Stream Functional Excellence staffing forecast.
