About The Position

Watson Clinic is seeking a Full-time APRN/PA to join our established Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in an office-based setting at our Highlands location. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of physicians in a high-quality, patient-centered environment. The practice also offers the opportunity to incorporate facial plastics and aesthetic services, making this an exciting opportunity for APPs to expand their expertise in both ENT and facial aesthetics.

Requirements

• Board certification through AANP or NCCPA
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Active, Unrestricted FL license (or ability to obtain FL license) is required
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Previous experience in ENT
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions
• Perform procedures within your scope of practice
• Develop and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
