As an Apprentice Installer, you'll work side-by-side with experienced professionals, learning how to install custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and other premium window coverings in homes throughout the Treasure Valley. You don't need years of experience, we'll teach you the skills. What we can't teach is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to get better every day. If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools or eager to learn.
- Professional communication skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and comfortably work on ladders.
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced installers with custom window covering installations.
- Learn installation techniques through hands-on training.
- Support clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
- Help protect customers' homes while delivering exceptional service.
- Develop the skills needed to become an Experienced Installer.
