Requirements

Basic knowledge of automotive repair and eagerness to learn advanced techniques
Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina, including ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in automotive repair across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
Collaborate with skilled technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Perform engine diagnostics, suspension adjustments, and HVAC repairs under expert guidance
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace in alignment with CarMax standards
Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results that exceed customer expectations
Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
