About The Position

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver an outstanding customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements

Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

In the field daily: generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool.
Communicate with the support team with questions.
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
