About The Position

Casey Auto Group is seeking an Apprentice Service Advisor to join our team! The most successful associates that we have in this position have customer facing experience, a genuine interest in helping people, excellent communication skills, computer skills, a stable work history, are organized, and are able to multi-task. This is not a desk job, and there is a lot of moving around. This position works as a general assistant to the service manager with a path to become an automotive service advisor.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Organized and friendly personality
Time management skills

Responsibilities

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
Oversee administration of warranty claims.
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain good working relationship with factories and foster positive employee relations.
May have to move vehicles around.
