About The Position

Position Overview
RV Value Mart is seeking motivated individuals to join our RV Technician Apprentice Program. This entry-level opportunity is designed for high school seniors, recent graduates, CTC students, and anyone who is interested in building a long-term career in the RV industry.
No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Apprentices will receive hands-on training, industry certifications, and all tools needed to succeed from day one.

Requirements

• High school senior, recent graduate, or CTC student preferred
• Interest in mechanical, electrical, or hands-on work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one)
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced RV Technicians with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Learn to service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems in RVs
• Perform routine maintenance and pre-delivery inspections
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
