About The Position

Serves as the secondary point of contact for apprentices, providing guidance, conducting regular check-ins with apprentices, mentors, and service leadership, by traveling up to 50% of work hours to other Ring Power branches. Assists with goal-setting and individualized training plans, and supporting issue resolution as needed. Builds and maintains strong relationships with participating divisions, partnering with the Apprentice Program Manager to support workforce planning, apprenticeship placement needs, and alignment of apprentice roles and expectations. Supports the coordination and day-to-day management of program logistics, including onboarding, orientation, training schedules, evaluations, graduation, and ongoing tracking of apprentice progress and training hours. Maintains accurate program records and documentation while supporting compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal apprenticeship policies. Assists in facilitating mentorship opportunities by coordinating mentor assignments and supporting mentor training and engagement across divisions. Monitors program effectiveness by collecting feedback from apprentices and division leaders and assists with preparing reports, presentations, and improvement recommendations. Assists Apprentice Program Manager with continuity for the apprenticeship program and performs other duties assigned in support of program success.

Requirements

  • Formal Education High School diploma or GED
  • Experience 1-2 years
  • Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Teams
