Requirements
- 1-2 years of working experience (required)
- Valid Washington State Plumbing Trainee card (required)
- Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities
- Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service
- Assist with residential retrofit and light commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Work with a variety of piping materials, fittings, and plumbing systems under the guidance of a Lead Plumber
- Learn and follow applicable plumbing codes, health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Willingness to travel to accommodate all Barron service areas
- Safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces
