About The Position
Plumbers will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing pipes and systems to ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly on commercial buildings.
Requirements
- Recent experience in commercial new construction plumbing and/or renovation.
- Current state-issued apprentice or journeyman plumbing license.
- Hand tools required for plumbing.
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman level plumbers should be efficient.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and repair plumbing pipes and systems.
- Ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly on commercial buildings.
- Review blueprints and schematics.
- Follow local and state plumbing codes.
- Measure, cut, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings and fixtures using mechanical solder, brazing and pipe joining methods.
- Use hand, measuring and power tools common to the plumbing trade.
- Ensure installed pipes and systems pass inspections.
