About The Position
Signet Jewelers is hiring an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a training program to develop skills from apprentice level toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance in a promote-from-within environment. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up, supporting customer service and administrative operations while learning jewelry repair basics such as polishing and quality control. The team provides custom jewelry design and repair services with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour work week and seasonal required overtime. Hours vary and include some nights and weekends. The listed base pay is $15.00–$16.00, with the final rate based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
- Complete administrative and clerical tasks.
- Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.

- Contribute to custom jewelry design and repair services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
