Requirements

Must have completed the required classroom time
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
Clean driving record
Positive - willing to work attitude.

Nice To Haves

NATE certification preferred

Responsibilities

Will learn how to service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Will maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
Wear floor savers while in the client’s home
Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
