About The Position

We invite full-time Apprentice HVAC Service Technicians to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ. You will be a full-time student in the Service Professionals HVAC Academy for the Fall 2026 Class, beginning mid-September and lasting for 4 months. At graduation, you will become a maintenance technician and qualified to run calls on your own. Service Professionals is on a mission to create remarkable experiences that leave our customers giving us their enthusiastic "Thumbs Up!" This isn't just a goal - it's our promise. Requirements

• Fluency in English required.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk.
• Must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces.
• Must regularly lift 50+ pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Attend trainings led by our in-house trainer, following a defined curriculum.
• Develop the skills required to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
