Apprentice to Craftsman
About The Position
Ace Handyman Services Montclair is seeking an Apprentice Craftsman to work alongside experienced professionals. This role offers the opportunity to learn directly from experienced craftsmen while working in customers' homes and developing the skills needed to build a successful career in the skilled trades. The position is designed for individuals who are ambitious, mechanically inclined, and looking for a career with potential for rapid advancement and significantly higher earning potential based on skills, learning ability, quality of work, and customer service. The goal is to develop the apprentice into an independent Craftsman who can confidently complete customer projects independently.

- Experience working with tools or completing projects independently (professional experience is a plus, but not required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attitude, work ethic, customer service, and potential are valued as much as experience.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced professionals.
- Learn directly from experienced craftsmen.
- Work in customers' homes.
- Develop skills in carpentry, drywall installation and repair, painting, door installation and repair, trim and finish work, basic plumbing, basic electrical, fixture installation, furniture and cabinet assembly, and general home repairs and maintenance.
- Provide great customer service.
- Represent Ace Handyman Services Montclair.
