Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and techniques
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in Chicago, IL with reliable transportation
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Overnight/PM Shift
- Holidays and weekends
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of engineering equipment and systems
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes
- Document work activities and prepare reports as required
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
- Continuously learn and develop new engineering skills through training and on-the-job experience
