About The Position
Performs duties necessary to maintain the physical structure in good cosmetic appearance, interior and exterior Hospital.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- Appropriate trade / technical/ vocational training is essential.
- Requires a good working knowledge of all products and substances used to maintain the facility.
- Must have a good working understanding of the materials safety data sheets and maintain a current list of products.
- Knowledge of all associative products is required.
- Ability to work on his or her own without more than normal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman carpenter.
