About The Position
As an Apprentice Electrician with Fusion Electric, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects. You will gain hands-on experience and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals who are dedicated to helping you succeed. At the same time, you can take advantage of free school tuition to help kickstart your career! Fusion Electric believes in investing in our employees' futures, which is why we provide apprentices with the chance to expand their electrical knowledge with our free tuition program. As a member of the IEC Dakotas, you will have the opportunity to enroll in their accredited apprenticeship training at minimal to zero cost to you. (Other programs are available.)
Requirements
- Electrical experience of 1 year preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to get to work each day.
Responsibilities
- Installation of new complete electrical wiring systems in mixed-use buildings, townhomes, small offices, and small industrial spaces.
- Digging trenches, ability to work overhead and at heights, load and unload material and equipment.
- Provide and use hand tools.
- Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
