About The Position

As an Apprentice Bartender at Bellagio, you will learn the craft of mixology while delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a lively resort setting. This role involves supporting bartenders by preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar operates smoothly during service. You will receive hands-on training in cocktail preparation, guest interaction, and overall bar operations, providing an opportunity to grow your skills and energy in the bartending field.

• Is 21+ years of age

• Preferably 1+ years of experience in a high-volume resort setting

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non‐alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
• Assist the bartender with the preparation of drinks, mixes, and garnishes while maintaining sufficient stock of all items
• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries
