Requirements

High School Diploma or higher degree
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident
Ability to secure a DOD security clearance, must not have been unfavorably removed from a government position.

Responsibilities

Serves and the Servicing Office SFH-G Appraiser liaison for staff and lending partners.
Review and research mortgage loan files for accuracy and quality control.
Reviews origination, REO and liquidation appraisals for quality and accuracy.
Makes recommendations for loss claim payment.
Provides technical expertise for loss mitigation and loss claim appraisal review support.
Appraisal process support including writing procedures, policy review, process flow charts etc.
Audit loss claims files.
Works with lender partners on appraisal questions and issues related to loss claim payments.
Content Management, Workflow and Imaging.
Research, analyze and recommend software solutions for business process improvements.
Research, analyze and recommend automated solutions for capturing performance metrics.
Research, analyze and update procedures and user instruction guides.
