About The Position

We’re hiring a full-time, permanent Appraisal Service Center Representative to play a key role in keeping our Service Center running smoothly. In this hands-on position, you’ll coordinate vehicle movement and detailing, support shop transfers, follow up on quality checks, and provide administrative support, helping the Appraisal team stay on schedule and ensuring repairs move efficiently to protect cycle times.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and comfort driving various vehicles.
  • Strong organization, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and ability to coordinate with multiple shops/teams.
  • Comfortable using/learning systems such as Progilog, Audatex, Contact Claims, and Contact 360.
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work on site, full time, on a rotating schedule between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm, Monday – Friday and 9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Wash vehicles prior to appraisal; review vehicles ready for pickup, wash as needed, and stage in the front lot.
  • Coordinate timely vehicle runs to partner shops (target: within 2 hours of assignment); send daily shop assignment/return-status email; organize returned estimates; maintain clear bay organization and vehicle status visibility.
  • Create/complete transfers in Progilog; ensure vehicles are assigned to the correct shop; resolve broken assignments; follow up on unmoved drop-offs.
  • Deliver valid repair concerns to shops immediately; monitor QC fail pickups and escalate if shops miss the 2-hour pickup expectation.
  • Label and park vehicles appropriately; confirm drivability; update claim notes and activities; coordinate appraiser confirmation for non-driveable units.
  • Monitor Progi/Teams for scheduled pickups; coordinate cleaning and front-lot staging; manage weather-related timing for vehicle staging.
  • Participate in intake and QC processes; support estimate/QC targets as assigned; complete check-in videos when required; assist with repair concerns.
  • Review total loss units daily; request tow approvals/assignments and follow up with vendor; ensure customer contact for plates/belongings; keep total loss area organized and accessible for towing.
  • Assist SCR/Admin with intakes, pickups, washing, moving vehicles, call-outs/activities, invoice support, and other tasks as needed.
