Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Appraisal and Insurance Specialist in Franklin, Indiana. This position is responsible for assigning residential and commercial appraisal orders to approved and qualified appraisers. This position receives appraisal orders and manages the order process through completion ensuring that appraisals are compliant to appraisal standards and delivered to customer within targeted completion date. The starting wage for this opportunity is $24.42 per hour. Hourly compensation is just one part of our total rewards approach. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Orders, follows through, and processes residential and commercial appraisals and orders.
  • Reviews residential appraisals and orders to ensure compliance with appraisal standards.
  • Maintains approved Appraiser list including tracking and reviewing Appraiser licenses and errors and omission status.
  • Recruits and evaluates new Appraisers as needed.
