About The Position

This is an on-site, part-time role in Bradenton, FL. Remote work is not available. If you're a people person who's great on the phone and wants a consistent part-time schedule with real earning potential — and the option to grow into something more — this role was built for you. We're a 40+ year estate planning company with an established call center team in Bradenton. Our appointment setters call warm, interested leads — people who have already raised their hand — and schedule them to meet with one of our field representatives. No cold calling. Ever. This role begins as part-time, and that works great for a lot of people. But for the right candidate, it can be a launchpad. As you demonstrate reliability and results, full-time positions and higher-level roles become available. We promote from within — we'd rather grow someone we already trust.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of phone-based, call center, or customer service experience.
• Comfortable on the phone, build rapport easily, and can follow a script without sounding like you're reading one.
• Reliable — you show up, you're on time, and you take ownership of your results.
• Coachable — you welcome feedback and want to keep getting better.
• Genuinely enjoy helping people and find satisfaction in being part of something meaningful.

Responsibilities

• Call warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in estate planning services.
• Schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives using a proven, structured script.
• Bring your own personality and professionalism to every call — friendly, respectful, and reassuring.
• Keep accurate notes and records in our system after each call.
