About The Position
Our organization works with thousands of labor unions and associations throughout North America to help provide members with access to supplemental benefit programs. The individuals and families we speak with have already requested information about their available options, so there is no traditional cold calling or door-to-door prospecting. As a Benefits Specialist, you’ll connect with members virtually, review available programs, answer questions, and help them understand the coverage options available to their families. The focus is on providing clear information, professional service, and a positive member experience.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with computers and virtual platforms
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
