About The Position
QNTUM Home Services, a trusted residential and commercial roofing company, is hiring motivated Appointment Setters. This entry-level role requires no degree or experience. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for finding and booking appointments for the company's expert inspection and sales team. The position offers a base pay of $25/hour with uncapped commission, providing a reliable paycheck and rewards for performance.
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive attitude and comfort talking to people face-to-face.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet in varying weather.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Coachability

- No roofing or sales experience needed.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on storm-damage leads to introduce QNTUM's roofing services.
- Have genuine conversations with homeowners and book free roof inspections for our inspection team.
- Network with property managers and past customers to generate referrals.
- Log leads and appointments in the CRM.
- Hit weekly appointment goals and stack commission and bonuses for every inspection booked.
