Requirements

Must be at least 18
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
A history of reliable and consistent job longevity

Responsibilities

Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist our customers in scheduling a free appointment with one of our experts.
Strive to meet or exceed your metrics for converting leads into scheduled appointments, while also focusing on appointment retention.
Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth communication and provide a personal touch with our homeowners.
