About The Position

Rock Solid Construction is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our company inside BJ's Wholesale Club locations. If you enjoy meeting people, working in a fun retail environment, and earning bonuses for your performance, we'd love to meet you! No construction experience is required—we provide all the training.

Responsibilities

• Greet BJ's members and introduce our home improvement services
• Schedule free in-home consultations for homeowners
• Educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and decking
• Represent Rock Solid Construction with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Help customers scan a QR code or schedule appointments directly
