About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing, reliable individuals to represent our company at local events and retail locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people and want to develop skills in communication, lead generation, and marketing. You will represent the brand at various locations, initiate conversations with potential customers, share information about our window and door solutions, and schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
• Personal reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license
