About The Position
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Appointment Scheduler. This role is responsible for scheduling tests, procedures, and referral appointments. The specialist will also be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, and communicating with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests. Additionally, they may collect fees such as co-pays/co-insurance, gather insurance information, and patient personal data.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Nice To Haves
- Two Years of related experience in Healthcare environment (PREFERRED)
- Outpatient Clinic Scheduling, surgical/orthopedic practice experience (PREFERRED)
Responsibilities
