About The Position

Esler Companies, the parent company of Renewal by Andersen, is hiring Appointment Generators to represent our brand at community events. This is a customer-facing event marketing role focused on sales, customer service, and lead generation. You'll help homeowners learn more about our products, promote the Renewal by Andersen brand, and schedule appointments for our Sales team. This role is primarily scheduled on weekends and may include shifts at home shows, festivals, fairs, and other community events. No industry experience is required. Training provided through paid onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support. Easily apply through our streamlined interview process and straightforward onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with new people.
• Positive, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
