About The Position
Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is seeking an Appointment Generator to support our in-store kiosk program at Costco locations. This role involves being a courteous and efficient first point of contact with Costco members, providing a brief overview of home service solutions, and scheduling qualified in-home consultation appointments. This position offers structured work with direct customer engagement for individuals who enjoy steady interaction and clear expectations.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and a customer-first mindset
- Comfort using a smartphone for simple, app-based entry
- Dependable personal transportation and the ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Basic sales or customer service lead generator experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Approach and welcome Costco members in a polite, professional manner
- Provide a clear, high-level explanation of services, ask simple qualifying questions, and listen carefully to member needs
- Schedule consultation appointments and document lead details accurately and consistently
- Maintain a neat, organized kiosk area that is ready for ongoing foot traffic
