Requirements

Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers promptly and accurately.
- Greet customers courteously and address their service needs and questions.
- Maintain detailed records of appointments and service requests using dealership management software.
- Communicate appointment details clearly to the service department staff.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
- Assist in managing workflow to optimize service department efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and efficiently.
