Responsibilities

  • Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair.
  • Make every service visit a unique and extraordinary experience for our guests. Your friendly and courteous greeting sets the tone!
  • Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
  • Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
  • Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
  • Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.
  • Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours. Your attention to detail ensures continuous improvement.
