As an Appointment Confirmation Representative, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer experience, ensuring that every appointment is not only confirmed but optimized for success. What We’re Looking For: You’re organized, quick on your feet, and great on the phone. You like thinking a few steps ahead, spotting problems before they happen, and working with a team to hit big goals. You care about giving people a smooth experience and love when everything runs like clockwork.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is a great bonus—but just as important is a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
- Shift is 10am-6pm
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and professional confirmation calls for all scheduled appointments.
- Keeping the sales calendar full
- Jumping in quickly to reschedule or adjust when needed. Their focus is making sure things run smoothly and appointments actually happen.
- Represent the company with confidence and clarity during all calls.
