We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Applied Solutions Intern to join our OEM Division. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of customized solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers.
The Applied Solutions Intern will work closely with product management, sales, operations, and customer-facing teams to help identify customer needs, evaluate technical requirements, and contribute to solution development efforts. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to real-world applications, product integration, customer collaboration, and project management within a fast-paced business environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and documentation of application-based solutions for OEM customers.
• Support technical evaluations, product testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Gather, organize, and interpret data related to customer applications, products, and project performance.
• Create technical presentations, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional team discussions.
• Help maintain project timelines, action items, and implementation plans.
• Research industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects related to products, processes, and customer solutions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
