Amazon Advertising is a rapidly growing and highly profitable sector within Amazon, focused on developing and delivering advertising products that enhance product discovery and sales. We are establishing a central AI/ML team within the Advertising Sales organization and are looking for skilled scientists to create new, science-driven services. Our objective is to revolutionize account team operations by providing actionable insights and recommendations, and by integrating Generative AI into their workflows to boost efficiency. The role involves leveraging expertise in Generative AI and quantitative modeling (including forecasting, recommender systems, reinforcement learning, causal inference, and generative AI) to build and refine production-ready models. You will be instrumental in advancing our ad sales support technologies and will need strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and customers. You will collaborate with fellow scientists and engineers, employing iterative approaches to address significant, long-term challenges.
