About The Position

Applied Quantum Algorithms SME The Opportunity: Are you excited about the prospect of unlocking the secrets held by quantum information science? Requirements

3+ years of experience with software development
Experience developing and maintaining object-oriented software across multi-file codebases with interdependent modules
Experience developing software for cloud-based or distributed computing workflows
Experience with quantum algorithms, quantum software development, or quantum computing applications
Experience coding in Python and quantum SDKs, including Qiskit
Ability to adapt existing code and update downstream, files, and module dependencies to fit novel problem requirements
Ability to convey complex concepts, including both written and verbal, and work collaboratively with a varied audience
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, or CS

Nice To Haves

Experience in data science or computer engineering
Experience leading the development of technology business plans and roadmaps, building and managing teams of scientists and engineers to execute against business plans, and managing associated resources such as hardware and funding
Doctorate degree in Physics, Mathematics, CS, or a related field
