Applied Data Scientist

Booz Allen HamiltonArlington, VA

About The Position

As a data scientist, you’re excited about building intelligent systems, not just analyzing data. You’re motivated to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven capabilities that operate in real-world environments. In an increasingly connected world, massive amounts of structured and unstructured data open new opportunities. As a data scientist, you’ll transform these data into operational systems by developing algorithms, training models, and deploying solutions that perform reliably at scale. On our team, you’ll work closely with clients to understand mission needs and translate them into technical solutions. You’ll design and implement machine learning models, build supporting data pipelines, and deploy capabilities into production environments. You’ll apply a mix of statistical methods, machine learning, and software engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions. You’ll help move beyond analysis to create robust, maintainable AI/ML systems that deliver measurable impact. Work with us as we use data science for good. Join us. The world can’t wait.
