Requirements

5+ years of experience developing machine learning or AI algorithms and applying pre-built models
5+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions into production or operational environments
5+ years of experience designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment
Experience writing production-quality code in Python or similar languages
Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale
Experience applying techniques such as optimization, simulation, or advanced machine learning methods
Experience working in Linux-based or cloud-based environments
Experience using modern software engineering practices, such as Git, testing, or CI/CD
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or STEM field

Nice To Haves

Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or advanced AI techniques
Experience building or fine-tuning custom models
Experience with containerization and deployment tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with distributed data processing tools, such as Spark and Kafka
Experience integrating ML/AI capabilities into larger software systems
Experience with optimization frameworks or simulation-based modeling
Experience working with Department of War customers
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
TS/SCI clearance
Doctorate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or STEM field
