About The Position
We are looking for an ABAT to provide 1:1 pediatric services to clients in a clinical setting. We are seeking an ABAT to provide 1:1 pediatric services to clients in a clinical setting. This role involves implementing interventions, collecting data, participating in supervision, assisting with material preparation, and communicating with parents. The position is based in a fun, multi-disciplinary setting with opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- ABAT certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with children with ASD.
- Ability to collect and maintain accurate data.
- Willingness to participate in supervision.
- Ability to assist with material preparation and lesson planning.
- Good communication skills for parent interaction.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish language skills are a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 services to children with a diagnosis of ASD in a clinical setting.
- Implement interventions and procedures outlined in treatment and behavior plans as designed by the BCBA/QBA.
- Maintain accurate and thorough data collection to track progress and support the medical necessity of intensive services.
- Participate in supervision sessions with the BCBA/QBA.
- Assist in material prep, lesson planning, and maintenance of clinical space.
- Communicate with parents regarding progress and home carryover.
