About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related field preferred.
Passion for working with children and a desire to learn about Applied Behavior Analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, responsible, and committed to professional development.
Previous experience in a therapeutic or educational setting is a plus.
Must be able to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications as required.
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a certified ABA therapist.
Observe and record client behavior data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote skill development and social interaction.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of ABA principles.
Maintain a clean and organized therapy space to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
