  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining model behavior to senior leadership.
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agentic frameworks, tool-use chains, or autonomous agent orchestration.

  • Orchestrate agentic workflows to autonomously handle multi-step legal and business processes through integration frameworks and APIs.
  • Utilize prompt engineering to create bespoke applications and solutions with high-quality output.
  • Integrate AI solutions with M365 applications, Enterprise Data Warehouse, the firm's Document Management System, and other enterprise applications.
  • Manage iterative feedback loops with stakeholders, validate solution designs, and maintain clear documentation.
  • Monitor the LLM landscape and introduce actionable AI innovations to the team.

Benefits

  • Competitive total rewards package.
  • Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.
  • Discretionary bonus for full-time positions.
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time positions.
  • Support for physical, emotional, mental, and financial health.
