About The Position
JPMorgan Chase is seeking individuals for multiple Applied AI ML positions. The role involves designing and implementing real-world solutions using deep learning, natural language processing, and software engineering to improve business processes and outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities, driving innovation, and ensuring AI initiatives align with organizational goals. The position also requires evaluating AI solution effectiveness, guiding the development and deployment of Generative AI applications (Search, Chatbots, Agents), and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field of study plus 1 year (12 months) of experience in the job offered or as Applied AI ML Associate, Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Applied AI ML Engineer, or related occupation.
- OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Applied AI ML Associate, Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Applied AI ML Engineer, or related occupation.
- Developing and deploying AI applications using natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Applying AI and ML techniques to solve business problems in the Financial Services sector.
- Building AI and ML solutions using AWS.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement real-world solutions that improve business processes and outcomes using deep learning and software engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify practical opportunities for AI integration and driving tangible innovation within global business operations.
- Drive strategic planning and execution to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions through direct testing and iteration, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance and impact.
- Design and implement real-world solutions that improve business processes and outcomes using AI and natural language processing.
- Guide the development and deployment of Generative AI applications, such as Search, Chatbots, and Agents.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
